Development of the website for the property management company

We were approached by a company from Los Angeles that provides real estate management services. The essential advantage of the company is the use of technological innovations to increase profits and simplify the process of real estate management.

As part of the company’s marketing strategy, our task was to develop a concise informational website that would present the company’s benefits and services and ensure the generation of inquiries from potential customers (leads). The critical requirements for such a site were:

  • – Laconic, straightforward design, which on the one hand, would present the professionalism of the team, and on the other hand, broadcast a friendly tone of voice and a relaxed mood.
  • – A convenient platform and CMS that would provide flexible management of the site’s content and would not require the involvement of developers to make changes to the site.

To implement the project tasks, we offered the client a choice of two possible options that would ensure optimal implementation:

  • – Webflow
  • – WordPress

Each of these options had its advantages and disadvantages. Webflow requires the purchase of a subscription with a monthly payment to use the platform, but at the same time provides hosting and a convenient control panel. In turn, WordPress has more customization options and more flexibility, but this makes content management a bit more complex, especially in terms of design changes and the like.
For the client, convenience and ease of management were a priority, so we opted for Webflow.

Among the vital functional elements of the site were feedback forms, as this is a vital tool for collecting leads. Due to the flexible integrations that are built into Webflow, we have integrated forms that automatically transfer customer requests from the site to the table and also send automatic notifications to the email of the Propassist sales department every time a new request is received through the site. In this way, the team can effectively monitor the requests of potential customers and promptly process them.

In addition, we integrated the TikTok module on the site, which automatically broadcasts the TikTok feed of the company’s content to the site. This allows you to broadcast company news and updates on the site in an interactive format without the need to update the site. This is another element of management optimization, which is very important for reducing management costs and optimizing time.
